Dear Leslie, I am sure this must be very painful for you, but please change your approach to RTI.
1) Never ask for information which you badly require in RTI process. 2) Use RTI as a cheap means of entertainment / hobby. Rs.10 is much cheaper than buying a cinema ticket. You must enjoy your RTI. The biggest kick I get from RTI is knowing that corrupt Information Commissioners cannot look me straight in the eyes when they pass their corrupt orders - because they know that I know. 3) When you file an RTI do not be bothered by the consequences or get affected by the results (or non-results) of your RTI. Its your duty just do it and dont be bothered !!! When you stop enjoying RTI or helping others you must stop RTI-ing.
