Dear arun and all members the fraud i am talking is very very serious. 1) executive engineer is not allowing his non- favorite contractors to participate in open tenders. 2) if non- favorite contractors have put their bids in tender box EE is not opening the tenders on one or the other pretext. 3) very very high rates ( 35 % )above justified rates are given
4) eligibility conditions are changed to suit his favorite contractors come on . any one ready to take the bull by the horn ?
