Hi, yes U can definitely have an audiance at the time of hearing, provided they dont interupt when hearing is going on. Secondly U are allowed to get somwone who can assit U, but convey this to thw PIO, FAA or SIC before the start of yr hearing. Regds - Mohammed Afzal
