Remember the CIC full bench hearing on Section 8(c) on parliamentary
privelages? The appellant Shri Manohar Parrikar never attended the hearing. He
was always represented by two black robed advocates.

I am sorry .Your contention that the appeallant can take the assistance of a
lawyer in plain clothes is wrong .
I have appeared before IC/SG at the CIC where the respondent coop society was
represented by a
lawyer in traditional black robes . That he made a mess of his counter is
absolutely another matter .

YES. There is no bar under the Act that you can not take any assistance during
hearing either in First Appeal or Second Appeal. However, it is always
advisable that in the Appeal itself you may mention that during the proceedings
I will be assisted by my Friend. (He may be any one either Friend or Activist
or you may take the help of a Lawer but in plain clothes as a Friend NOT as an
Advocate)
