Dear Sarbajit,

Your are nobody to ask me why I have filed 350 applications, this statement
I am not giving with anger for your eagered enquiry. Nor I am interested to
give explanations here to you and to the board.

Have you imagined the reason for the non informatory situation just because
of MISUSE OF POWER SEAT BY bureaucracy/politicians who may be termed as
NAMAK HARAMS for information which was not shared, so RTI came in to
existance. Even even today Section 4 is not full filled. Though there is no
necessary to say here, just for your information I have not filed a single
application for personal matters. All the information I take, eighther I do
the Work Social Audit or try to change the system of record maintenance by
suggestions. Regarding blocking up the information commissions i have
appealed to Information commsiions only for two cases, rest as i said
information i procured from public authority with persuation. I generally
call for departmental enquiry with in the system if information not given by
officers as RTI is work rule..

It is the Information Commissions which is not doing the clearance of
appeals, you may have your own opinion about Mr Shailesh Gandhi, for our
group we feel he has shown the best performance, your message show a feeling
of personal grudge against Mr. Shailesh Gandhi, NCPRI etc, so you are in
habit doing round and round and bringing his name/NCPRI but we are not
worried of your this habit but as we also consider you of emenace knowledge
and appreciate. Though we all have knowledge I thank you for filling more
by sharing knowledge from your comments on the board

People like us who you are calling as haramis also campaign RTI in trains
when we travel long distance and train the passengers in trains for RTI and
also see that the contractors who supply food in trains are brought books we
have done this many a times. People like us who are called haramis by you
try our level best to see that contractors are penalised for non
performance and so on. So we are really haramis for the people who fool the
country and citizens.

I generally post very less on the board.

Thanks for appreciation and I also appreciate Mr. Shailesh Gandhi if he has
filed 800 application under RTI before becomming IC

Yours in service for RTI,

Bhaskar Prabhu
