Since he said he's looking for someone with RTL experience, it's on-topic
for the list.  Looks OK to me...

In general, the only time it's acceptable to send a job offer to a mail
list is when the position is *directly* related to the subject of the
list.  The exception would be if the list maintainers had specifically
disallowed job postings, which does happen on some lists after they get
abused.  (For example, the SVLUG list requires officer approval for job
postings because some recruiters abused it, thinking it was a way to
broadcast non-Linux jobs to what they saw as an enormous talent pool.)

As a fellow Linux advocate, I think it's a safe guess that jobs requiring
RTL experience are something this group wants to encourage.  If there's
an abuse problem later, the list maintainers will deal with it.
