AGREED.

Btw. - To me this looks like a pretty interesting job, it's a shame I need at
least one more year for my PH.D. work.

A suggestion:
Is it feasible to maintain a list of job offerings at the RT-Linux web pages ?
Probably someone could prepare a form so everybody could insert/remove his
offerings without any further maintainer interaction ?
