Not so. My dynamic IP is (for the next few minutes)
207.90.105.74 by a
ppp connection. Both of the Linux PC's on my home network have Apache
web servers and work just fine.
uname shows: Linux 2.0.33
cat /proc/ksyms|grep rt_ shows the expected rt_functions:
00111ad8 rt_get_time_R062e513f
00111cec rt_request_timer_Rb7c904e2
00111d18 rt_free_timer_R3ac33f94
00111cb4 rt_set_timer_R01bcb6f7
00111cd0 rt_no_timer_R78d06fbb
00133a80 rt_fifo_get_R5be8c660
0013391c rt_fifo_put_Ra7242823
Good luck and enjoy!
