Hi,

We're trying to use RTnet from a kernel module within a real-time thread,
starting with only recieving messages. As far as I can see (but other
suggestions are very welcome) our options are to call rt_dev_recv with the
MSG_DONTWAIT flag or setting the SO_RCVTIMEO socket option with
rt_dev_setsockopt (for SOL_SOCKET specified and struct timeval from
time.h).

The first option, MSG_DONTWAIT, gives an EAGAIN (-11) error. The second
gives an ENOPROTOOPT (-92) error. Any idea what might be the cause of all
this?

We're on a RTAI-3.3-cv patched kernel (2.6.15) using RTNET 0.93.

Thanks in advance, Evert Lammerts
