Great! Two things to keep an eye on:
- check if there is no IRQ conflict between the NIC and Linux before
  starting up RTnet (quite likely on notebooks)
- be warned if you have >768 MB RAM, RTAI can break on such boxes

A basic TDMA setup, maybe also some round-trip measurements with and
without RTmac/TDMA. Most important is stability, but some numbers would
be nice as well. Please also let us know how your infrastructure looked
like (switch/hub/cross-connect, transmission rate).
