Hello Jan

Just to give you a feedback:

I found the (my) mistake.

After installing a new version etc/rtnet.conf is overwritten.
Therefore I copied the file from a backup.
The new version was installed in a different path and that means that the 
line
"prefix="/usr/local/rtnet-xxxxx" was wrong and the old libs und mods were 
used.

Now cycle counting seems to work on both master and slave.
