Okay. Your problem might just be this:

BEFORE Realtime:

Realtek in PCI: eth0
eepro100.1:     eth1
eepro100.2:     eth2

AFTER Realtime:

Realtek in PCI: rteth0
eepro100.1:     eth0 (!!)
eepro100.2:     eth1

which means you might have used the wrong interface.
Anything beyond that is a configuration issue that you have to work out.
