Could you explain a bit more in details what this crash means? That
there is a conflict between Linux and Xenomai using the same IRQ line
should be detect by Xenomai, and you should find a note about the line
now being disabled in your kernel log. Of course, you still need a
chance to dump this log. Does the system really lock up completely
(which it must not!)? Or do you happen to use a USB keyboard which may
then suffer from the dead USB IRQ?
