You are using MPC8560ADS boards? IIRC, these are already supported by
the arch/powerpc tree which should make migration a piece of cake.

I don't know. Check which one get's compiled (check for the *.o) file or
  search for the corresponding boot log message. Do you want to use the
FCC or der Gigabit-Ethernet-Interface of the MPC85xx?
