Don't know what the "Sensor-PC" does. If it's part of the critical loop, then you are likely lost. For the KUKA interface, you can probably assume that it behaves in a more or less deterministic fashion - if users are supposed to do closed-loop control this way. RTnet will then deliver the simple stack of driver, RTnet core, and UDP/IP transport protocol. This has been done quite a few times before. Jan
