I used the following command,
./configure --with-rtext=/usr/xenomai --with-linux=/usr/src/linux-2.6.30.8
--with-rtext-config=/usr/xenomai/bin/xeno-config
--with-module-dir=/lib/modules/2.6.30.8 --enable-net-routing --enable-router
--enable-examples
