Hello! I'm using Windows and it works well, make sure you have the JAVA_HOME environment variable pointing to the right location (the JDK):
Example, mine is set to: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_04 I was able to reproduce your problem by entering and invalid path to the JDK. Cheers!
