if you're on 3.1.x (not a 3.2 milestone, just upgrade eclipse with the 
built-in updater.)  If you're siwtching from milestones, I just install new 
version of eclipse, and then do recursive copies of the various plugin and 
feature directories.  Just leave out the ones that come with eclipse.
