It's not on Windows afaik. I'd have to check my Solaris box. I thought there was a pure Ruby implementation of rsync out there, but all I could find was this: http://eigenclass.org/hiki/cheap+rsync I saw rysnc-manager on rubyforge, but I think it's just a shell wrapper. A pure Ruby solution would be ideal if we can pull it off.
