So, looks like nginx on rumprun-xen is 7-10% faster than NetBSD, but about
30% slower than Linux.

Curious, because in my qemu experiments rumprun-baremetal and Linux were within 1-2%. I wonder if the network driver we use on Xen is really that bad -- can't think of much other difference between baremetal and xen, especially since they're now almost entirely the same apart from I/O devices.
