Curious, because in my qemu experiments rumprun-baremetal and Linux
were within 1-2%.  I wonder if the network driver we use on Xen is
really that bad -- can't think of much other difference between
baremetal and xen, especially since they're now almost entirely the
same apart from I/O devices.

If the mini-os netfront driver was the culprit, wouldn't we have lower
performance than stock NetBSD?

How does that follow?
