rumpctrl is here (Was: Re: renaming rumprun-posix)

A bit of renaming and a lot of wiki editing later it's mostly done.  If 
you spot conversion errors on the wiki, please fix them.

Converting the tutorials is still pending.  I want to change rumpctrl to 
not build the kernel side at all by default, and that will affect the 
tutorials a bit.  However, the "nobuildrump" mode doesn't currently 
work, and fixing it will take a while.  But no, I didn't forget about 
the tutorials even if they are currently inconsistent/broken.
