I did start reading from the top, and I noticed the license for
dhcp_main.c didn't make any sense. And it's actually wrong.

You can easily see yourself why it's wrong (years don't match the source
file).
It didn't make sense (to me) because I know I wasn't working on that in
2005. Ah, there's actually a lot of (c) 2005-2015 me in there. Well, I
don't mind if the years are inaccurate.
