Hi,

Like already discussed in the "rethinking buildrump.sh etc." thread, we
want to rename the repos so that repos which do the same thing have
similar names. Nobody objected then, but there have been a few
adjustments, so here's a quick rundown of what's planned to happen in a
day or so:

The name "appstack" could lead to confusion, especially with
"appstack-posix" (is it an appstack for running posix applications, or
for running apps _on_ posix?). Justin suggested we just recycle the
term "rumprun", and since it lends to some nice lingo ("you can just
rumprun your httpd on Xen"), I think it's a good one. So:

renames:
rumprun -> rumprun-posix
rumpuser-xen -> rumprun-xen
dpdk-rumptcpip -> drv-netif-dpdk
dpdk-netmap -> drv-netif-netmap
pci-userspace -> drv-pcibus-userspace
rump-pktgenif -> drv-net-pktgen

will stay the same:
src-netbsd
wiki
book
tools
rumpuser-linuxkernel (*)
buildrump.sh (**)

already deprecated (by src-netbsd):
rumpkernel-netbsd-src
netbsd-userspace-src

*) I have no plans to maintain this experimental hypercall
implementation and I doubt anyone else has either, so maybe just delete
it at some point?

**) buildrump.sh will be migrated to tools in more modular form, but we
will preserve the user interface at least for userspace builds.

Github handles renames fine, so old repo URLs should continue to work.
I will manually add forwards to the wiki pages.
