Not exactly, David.  You have company.

I have a 12' x 43' layout, and there is just one terminal, 3' x 16', that 
consists of a five-track passenger terminal and a four-track
freight yard.  Additionally, there is one loco service track, one freight 
arrival/departure track, and one thorougfare (run-around)
track serving both passenger and freight movements.  This complex empties out 
onto a double-track main line via a wye.  The rest of
the yards are staging yards, hidden from normal view (once scenery is in 
place).  The rest of the layout consists of a through
passenger station, three branch lines, a car-float operation, and an increasing 
number of industrial spurs.
