All Oddballs Decals are available in S.

Railgraphisc makes data sets in S, they do custom decals and will help 
with artwork (for a price).

Clover House dry transfers has some sets in S. At one time, he would 
convert other sets for a minimum order of 10 sets.

Highball Graphics will convert sets to S for a reasonable price.

Art Griffen will scale any of his sets to S for you.
