"Where does this kit use a triangle section, and what is the correct size for S scale? I have a Frank Titman kit in my "someday" drawer."
"The Frank Titman kit uses wire for the ribs. Maybe "rib" isn't the best term for this, but the "lumps" (Crud! That's even worse!) on the roof and side are not really round in section. I also did a review on this kit in the Jan/Feb 1993 S gaugian for the Don'ster. (Maybe that's why he fired me? Gulp!) Most important of all, Frank Titman, designed and sold this kit under his Lehigh Valley Models label and it ain't a bad looker! And you Jamie, a very good modeler, saying such things! Tsk! Tsk!
