   Hi Chuck,  I can think of a couple of things. First could you limit
the throttle somehow so he can't get full speed?  Second maybe you can
install a scale chainlink fence made from brass poles and screen? or
perhaps a row of sturdy tree stumps made from small branch or twig
trimmings?....dave
