. . . . . Let's have a show of hands from those that have actually gotten
together with others and put modules together for a good time running
trains?

Several members of the Southeastern Michigan S Gaugers did just that this
past weekend for Durand MI's Railroad Days. We ran the traditional
around-&-around-the-loop, although, at least to hear some of us talk, there
is interest in setting up more operation-oriented, point to point layout
sometime with our modules.

My first module, possibly the first module ever built specifically to comply
with NASG standards, was at the above set-up and has also participated in
some of the big operating layouts that Don and Jim have described.

I would be interested in seeing these standards for S scale Fre-Mo modules
to see how much work, besides lengthening the legs, would be required to
make my modules Fre-Mo compatible.
