In previous years, NMRA issued certificates of conformance to NMRA standards for most commercial products, and published the information on those products accordingly. If these switches were tested and passed/failed according to the standards, that was put out in the NMRA Bulletin to all members at the time. . .I have not seen anything of NMRA doing this for some time, so I defer to any current NMRA authorities. . .
