Hi John, I just use a piece of .020 brass wire and shape it to look like a hose then solder on a small handle. I run the wire back along side the coupler box a ways then bend it 90 degree up and melt it into the floor or frame. After it's installed I paint the hose part flat black and the gladhand grey or dull silvr. The gladhand part of the wire gets flattened a bit and then a tiny drop of solder. Up close they don't look so hot but from normal viewing distances they look fine.
