This  has to be understood in the context of the product.  Obviously, if 
they can run highrail wheels thru the frog, the NASG scale frog dimensions 
(check-gauge &c) are not relevant.  Nor is dimension P.  His claim should be 
understood to refer to the basic gauge, rail to rail, dimension.

Whether they  do  actually conform in that respect is another question.  We 
have found samples that don't, but they can probably be regauged.
