You mean in the Great White North, eh? Aw you guys are just so nice,
eh? I
guess you mean the CNR or the CPR, eh? The farthest north standard
gauge I
believe was the Northern Alberta Railway. So maybe you mean that, eh?
It
was jointly owned by the CNR and CPR. They had blue passenger cars, eh?
I
guess they were blue because it was so cold up there, eh?

Well, actually I was thinking of the mighty NYC's operations in southern
Ontario. Seems like they had a lot going on in that area. But you are
right, the CNR and CPR were still more "on top" of things. Good for
them. I am using CPR maroon for some freelanced passenger cars for my
olde tyme train lettered for the CATSKILL VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY which
was a predecessor road acquired by the NYC in the early daze. At least
in the alternative history that permeates things to the core around
here. So CPR maroon is a fond color for me. Gold lettering too. But
no blue. We gotta draw the line somewhere. I mean 'nuff is 'nuff.

Cheers, eh?........Ed L.
Modeling the mighty NYC and shivering just thinking about doing it in
February in the Catskill Mountains.
