I called Lenz, NCE and Digitrax. The number one positive item was how the first phone was answered. Was it a Machine, A talking head or a person who knew answers without "passing me around to different depts." I was familiar with receiver programing having downloaded each companies instruction manuals. So I posed a question. How to set the starting voltage. the duration of the pulse and the top voltage. Lenz and NCE said (this was 3 yrs ago) that I should read the manual better. Digitrax walked me through step by step. I did not even have any hardware in front of me. Now I do. And it is Digitrax. At Train Fest in Milwaukee in Nov. Digitrax spent an hour with us discussing our clubs power problems and how to fix them. A week later they called me to see if things were ok. That is service. Ken
