In my suggestion about home page organization, I was intentionally trying to
avoid the
phrase "S scale", or "O scale" etc because of the multitude of meanings.

I have no problem with just the letter but I think that makes too small of a
target for
clicking.... unless a larger image could be used such as a graphic rectangle
with just the
letter on it.

If we place the scale such as 1:64, that is ok too, but doesn't that get sticky
with other
scales? Doesn't O scale have 2 or 3 versions?

If there is a better phrase for the BIG stuff, that is good too.

I just do not think that the tinplate and scale links should be on the first
page.

I still believe in the symbol for the NASG and that keeps the AF/hirail/scale
folks together
under the "S" symbol.

(Sorry to those of you who have recently wandered over to S and are irritated
with the
existence of the AF community. Without them... S would be dead.)

Someone wiser and more experienced than me should wave their all-encompassing
wand
and make a decision, so that we can move on.

Thanks

Don
