Consider true artist chalks for three reasons. 1. they are available in many
variations of a color - twenty plus of just gray. 2. in scraping the chalk you
can, through control, get a variation in texture from a powder to small bits
and chunks and flakes and which can be extremely useful, and 3. there are spray
fixatives that the big boys use - the real artists- intended for this product
to fix the color on the art work without changing its nature or value of the
color because what rubs on will rub off. The whole system is already in place
and has been used and proven for many many many years..
