Hi Arden --

I don't know haw many cars the 2-6-6-6 will pull, but given Jim K's remarks
I think I will leave it at the railroad's usual train length of 30-35 cars.
I have a feeling that if it were to hang together it would pull at least 50
up 2%. It is one sticky loco with those stainless driver tires. Back
when I first got it I was running the bare chassis (no cab/boiler/weight)
with the tender full of sound equipment, and it could still pull 30 cars up
2+% around 44" radius curves! (Now it's your turn to up the story ante!)

Have fun!

That is a coincidence. Last night my Jess Bennett built Big Boy pulled
42 cars up The Hill (Sherman) at 10 Smiles per hour without a flinch.

Wanna drag? {:-)

I installed a NCE 4 amp decoder in my beast. It draws more power than
our air conditioner.
