I have the fourth of a four part series: "An Espee Consolidation Anyone Can Build" by Lewis Austin in Railroad Model Craftsman April 1961. I got this from the NMRA Kalmbach Library.
I suggest a search in http://www.index.mrmag.com/ for what you want and then contact the NMRA Library at http://library.nmra.org/ to get a copy. The NMRA Kalambach library service is excellent and they have many model railroad publications for members to access.
