Duane,
Skip Romig in Dallas has a video camera mounted in an AM E8. He also has
an engineer's "cab" complete with TV so you can run the train from the
engineer's seat. I don't have the URL right now that has some pictures
of this. Maybe someone can furnish it.
Sounds kinda like what you are looking for. I'm sure that Skip would be
willing to share his experiences with you.
