That's a pretty good chart.  I could limit the 2-8-0 to the curve that causes 
the least amount of clearance problems.  I would think the inside radius would 
have little chance of side swiping.  I didn't want to rake the time and effort, 
but I may have to test it first.  I could open the spacing a little more, but 
that would make the 24" radius even smaller.
