I'm not aware of any S scale decals available for Stolt, but I did recently find a source for 1/76 (OO Scale) Stolt decals, better than HO anyway. Those 20 foot bulktainers come with several different styles of bracing, so who can say for sure they never had the S Scale America type?
Unfortunately, there are no more undec kits for them, so you'll have to get a decorated one and disassemble it and undecorate it, then apply the decals.
