Tom, I also was very impressed in the over spray effect on the
DesPlains cars. Nice feature for sure!

When I started my own business in 85', one of the first assignments I
got was to a brochure for a large printing company. We wanted to show
the 'largeness' by the quantity of paper they used--aka boxcars full of
the stuff! My idea was to get on the roof and shoot down on a fork lift
driving a large roll of 'web' paper out of the boxcar. I lucked out to
find a very nicely painted (roof included) BN green boxcar at the dock.
The forklift driver laid down his bridge plate (see a very old issue of
the Dispatch for instruction on making one). I was within a minute of
completing the shot when a SW switcher showed up and insisted on moving
that car. They replaced it with one with the over sprayed galvanized
roof that was rusty to the hilt! This is what makes a photographer
loose his hair!!
