That brings to mind a question - Just how different is Scale Coat from the
original Floquil. You had to use Dio-Sol with it which I believe contained both
Toluene as well as Xylene. This paint stuff gets confusing as Floquil is still
made, but now has a different formula than the original. Poly Scale is an
acrylic, so it is obviously water bases.
