Got to agree with Ed, it should be up to the buyer to decide what shipping they want. As long as they pay the rate quoted and accept any restrictions i.e. no insurance. I do agree there is a risk of someone claiming they did not receive an item however that applies regardless of where it is sent. Model railroaders are honest folks and it's a pity to penalise people for the sake of a very very small minority.
