Actually there is a problem is using PayPal. If the buyers states that they never received the package and there is no signature on the other end then PayPal will reverse the charges and the person will get their money back and you lose out. I had this happen once and lost about $250.
You do have to be careful shipping overseas. I do not worry too much about it unless it is a big order.
