You know..., we have, but then again I recently picked up a couple USRA 2-8-2's. One was the OMI pilot model. Both were cheap and both were boxes of rocks. Chuck West and I spent about 3 hours replacing/ refurbishing the gearboxes, motor mounts and universals, etc. The two engines now run like Swiss watches and spent the entire evening double headed, gliding around the DPV layout with a long train. I was going to sell them but not anymore... They are 20+ years old and boy they still are sweet!!
