Dear Des,
    Thank you for your kind words about out #3 switch.  But, I would  
be remiss if I did not warn those who use code 110 wheels and the use  
of a switch as tight as a #3.  Slow operation would be needed through  
such a tight switch.  Also, long cars with body mounted KD style  
couplers are also subject to being pulled off the track with such a  
tight radius.  I won't even go into "S" curves or using a pair of #3s  
as a crossover...
   As far as a #5, with the economy the way it is and the June 14th  
letter from Sanda Kan's parent company I would not look forward to  
seeing them in the near future.  Fast Tracks does make templates for  
our rail and I have made these for both code 110 operations as well as  
AF comp. wheelsets (different spacing on the template for the wing  
rails, guardrails and "P" dimension of the point rails).  At this  
time, that is the answer for switches for our rail size.  They are  
quick, and really work well.
