Hi Paul...

1.  I don't need any switches.  Trackwork is finished.  Layout is almost 
finished except for scenery and some electronics stuff.

2.  My friend wanted RTR switches that met the official specs.  I have given up 
trying to convince people to do things differently from what they want to do.  
Life is too short for that -- at least for me.  I just help steer them toward 
what they want.

Your suggestion is reasonable, but not optimum for this situation.
