Hi Mike --
Before you tear it all down, get some pictures of it on the group, please.
If you don't have a camera, borrow someone else's! We all benfit from
whatever others do, even if it is to say to one's self,"Boy, I'll never do
that!" ;-)
If you have been messing with S/Sn3 since 1980, you qualify as a "middle
aged" S modeler. I would guess that you, like me, got started with Sn3 and
Bill Peter's offerings, and didn't have much to do with our AF roots.
Good luck with your new location and retirement. Remember, model
railraoding extends your life!
Have fun!

I just have been wanting to say hello for a long time but have just sort of
felt intimidated with everyone's knowledge. I have been modeling in 3/16
since the early 80s which is nowhere near as long as most of you.
My layout has been sitting dormant for over two year because I plan to tear
it down this fall
What really got me started again was reading this yahoo group on a daily
basis and enjoying you fellows so much. I actually found myself looking
forward to reading it. You guys have kept the pilot light lit for a lot of
years. So I just wanted to say thanks and that this is a great hobby because
of the people in it.
Thanks
