CTT articleI just wanted to let you all know that CTT has been interested in
the layout for some time and they still are.

Although, CTT is not a scale magazine, they have been doing more articles on S,
I was told.

I also know that Roger likes S, as he just put out a book on Lionel paper, I
believe.

I will keep you informed on what happens.

For the S List, I need to update my photo album on the layout.

Mike

Dear Mike,

Thanks for your email. Yes, we are definitely interested in featuring your S
gauge layout in CTT. I hope to return to the East Coast and your area before
York of next year. I apologize for taking so long. I will have a professional
photographer with me at that time.

If you want to try to take your own pictures, you are welcome to do so. If you
make the effort, start by taking five different shots—with different trains in
them—using a tripod. Send them to me. Please no more than five. I will show
what you have done to our art director. If she is satisfied or thinks only
tweaks are needed, then we can proceed with the other shots and then pay you
for your work. You really have nothing to lose by trying—except time—so maybe
give it a try.

Thanks and all the best to your family,

Roger Carp
